Fees & Booking Information
All portrait sessions are tailored with care and artistic attention, combining technical expertise, costume styling, and detailed post-production. My studio is based in Maserà di Padova and serves as the starting point for both in-studio and on-location sessions.
Studio Portrait Session – Base Package (€70)
Includes:

Up to 1,3 hours of shooting time in studio

Approximately 100 shot images
-
1 final, fully edited image (Photoshop retouching included)
-
Basic makeup and hairstyling (up to 30 minutes total)
-
Artistic posing guidance based on ballet experience

Possibility of selecting the final images from lightroom edited pre-selection
Additional Images
Fully edited final images may be added to the base package:

2nd image: +€50
-
3rd image: +€45
-
4th image: +€40
-
From the 5th image onward: +€35 each
Each image is thoroughly retouched, with an average of 40 minutes dedicated to post-production.
Group Sessions
For each additional person in the same session:

+€35 added to the total session fee
-
+50% on the cost of each additional final image
Location Fees
The following travel surcharges apply for on-location sessions:

Up to 30 minutes from studio: +€35

Up to 60 minutes from studio (includes Venice): +€70
-
Over 60 minutes: price based on mileage, transport method, and time required (quoted individually)
Costume Rental
Costume availability depends on the client’s measurements and garment availability. Complete outfits, including undergarments, are provided.

In-studio costume rental: €150 per costume

Outdoor costume rental: €200 per costume
Makeup & Hairstyling
Basic makeup and hairstyling are included. For more complex styles requiring over 30 minutes total, an additional fee may apply:

Custom styling: €20 to €200 (to be agreed upon in advance)
Makeup is performed in-house. Upon request, external artists can be involved and compensated separately. Clients must bring their own foundation and mascara. Please inform of any allergies at the time of booking.
Scheduling and Availability
Appointments are available during regular working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00–12:30 and 15:00–19:30
Sessions that exceed these hours or require travel outside them incur a +10% fee.
Dawn, night, and weekend sessions are subject to availability and carry a +30% fee.
Booking and Payment

A €50 deposit is required to reserve your session. It will be deducted from the final invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the photographer. For outdoor sessions, if postponed due to weather, the deposit remains valid for a rescheduled appointment.

A €2 sales tax applies to payments exceeding €74.
Deliverables
Final images are delivered digitally in .jpeg or .png format. Other formats, such as .tiff, are available upon request at no extra cost.
Deadlines need to be discussed when booking. Editing requires at least two weeks. During busy months it can take longer.
Prints can be ordered separately upon request.
