Instead of a Dark Lord, you would have a queen, not dark but beautiful and terrible as the dawn! Tempestuous as the sea, and stronger than the foundations of the earth! All shall love me and despair!

This is my owiginal design for Dark Galadriel. But it could also be used for a witch, a spirit of the forest, or anything you fancy.

It will give you an ageless, timeless, as old as the earth aura. This is the kind of dress that creates the atmosphere, while some dresses need a proper location, this can exist and crate the mood even by itself, on a solid background of a photo studio.

 

The dress

The base of the bodice would be corseted, and boult to recreate an elizabethan shape. I was thinking of a corset base, covered with lightly padded and quilted microsuede or distressed velvet. Then we’d have some green lace sleeves, or quited in the same fashion of the bodice, but in a muted moss-like color.

And once we have the base, it is time to imagine 20 meters of hand dyed and distressed silk organza and chiffon. Something that would turn you into a real unearthly and allmighty creature with the first breeze.

 

How it works

The PRICE RANGE: can be made for 2600.

With 230 extra euros I will include the wig.

You can choose to add up to 500 euros of extra budget to add beads and accents of embellishment here and there.

I may make minor changes in the design while working on it, but the final work will be true to the feel of the sketch.
